What a fabulous venue. The winter garden has to be my favourite theatre in the city. The backstage tour is so neat (what a transformation this place has gone under) and of course, the garden aesthetic is so neat to see. From that glowing moon to the vines on the ceiling to the lamps that light everything.

Went to see Caroline or Change with Jully Black. The play was excellent. Really enjoyed it. The venue was fabulous. Every seat is a good seat but we sat close to the stage which we loved. Very pleasing theater!
We went here for company Christmas party. The show was absolutely amazing; pop culture references and clever humour. The interaction with the audience is witty. The show is simply brilliant. Backed by a gripping score. What is phenomenal, my son is just little and he was transfixed the entire show. He did not move except to Laugh Smile or clap. In the era of iPads, portable Electronics and multimedia this is no small feat. The acoustics are wonderful and the decor in a classic theatre is comforting.
What a beautiful venue! Having never been before I didn't realize 2nd row wasn't the best idea if I wanted to avoid serious neck strain (from looking up the whole time). Get seats at least 5-6 rows back or upper seats in my opinion. Nice long intermission and snacks and drinks available. Very polite, warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
I went here with my family, kids aged 6 and 8, along with both sets of their grandparents. We saw a panto, Lil Red Robin Hood, and it was highly entertaining for everyone. Very high production values, the sets and costumes were amazing, and the singing and dancing were, as expected, very well performed. The Winter Garden Theatre itself is whimsical, feeling as if you are in a forest. Highly recommended.
